When people reach out to me looking for a health solution, I’m often asked “Am I gonna have to work out every single day like you do?!” 🤨 First of all, I don’t work out every single day! AND exercise is only 20% of the picture when it comes to overall health. Mind blowing, I know! 🤯 I didn’t believe it at first either... IN FACT, most of you don’t know this, but I actually REFUSED to exercise when I first started implementing the nutrition I have been using for the past 20 months. TRUE STORY! I was so stubborn and STILL dropped 16 lbs. in 30 days, just by nourishing my body with amazing food. And man did I start to feel INCREDIBLE!
