Stress is one of the bodies main source of tightness. Our breathing patterns will dictate our posture and which in turn dictate the way we move.
The problems come when we do not learn how to breathe out the side and back of our ribs. Rib position during breathing may be a cause of your dysfunction.
I know breathing techniques aren’t the sexiest thing you can do or find on IG, but it will cause less cramping, help with your mobility, the way you move, and live your life. JUST BREATHE!
